The 2024–25 Out-of-District Private School List provides information for private schools that have chosen participation in Title I, Part A, and Title IV, Part B and have students who reside in your district’s boundaries but attend a private school outside the district’s boundaries.
District administrators should use this list to contact private schools and assist in identifying students who may be eligible for equitable services. The out-of-district requirements only apply to Title I, Part A, and Title IV, Part B. To view the programs selected by a private school, go to the Detail View tab in the Private School Participation Application in EDS.
