Renewing Schools Login Credentials
- Username: The email address on file with the State Board of Education for the Head of School.
- Password: Your School Building Code is required to log in. If misplaced, consult the EDS Directory to find your school code or codes.
⚠ Note: Each campus of your school will require a separate Renewing Approval Application. Use the corresponding School Building Code to log in for each campus.
Get prepared! Gather the required documents before logging in
- Certificate of Compliance: Required for all schools, signed and uploaded with your application.
- Staffing Report: Only required for schools employing non-Washington certificated teachers.
- Health and Fire Inspection reports: Every school must report the dates of its most recent health and fire inspections and retain inspection documentation on campus (WAC 180-90-160.)
- Only new, relocated, or renovated schools must upload copies of fire and health inspection reports.
Approval Application deadline is April 1, 2025.
