The University of Washington’s Certificate in P-3 Executive Leadership is a 10-month long training that will provide elementary school principals, as well as early learning directors and managers, with the skills necessary to lead cross-system improvements and to implement instructional reforms. This executive style, cohort-based program is for working professionals (administrators) who want to improve their practice and contribute to a comprehensive P-3 approach while still leading a school or center.
