The Council of American Private Education’s Executive Director, Michael Schuttloffel, was recently joined by representatives of the Association of Christian Schools International, the National Association of Independent Schools, and the National Catholic Educational Association on a visit to Capitol Hill. They met with congressional staff on both sides of the aisle to discuss the Safeguarding Charity Act, the Educational Choice for Children Act, and other issues of importance to private schools.

WFIS and fellow state CAPE organizations will meet in Nebraska this summer to further integrate policy ideas critical to our private schools.
