Care-a-Van is now available to offer childhood vaccinations to all organizations at any location in Washington. They bring all needed supplies for indoor and outdoor clinics and also provide blood pressure and blood glucose screenings.
Sign up by submitting a Care-a-Van Request Form. It is unnecessary to know all the details to submit the request form.
- Clinics could be up to four hours, so staff have time to set up, break down, and travel.
- Once the request is made, Care-a-Van staff will offer a planning meeting to discuss clinic space and other considerations depending on the services needed.
