In April, OSPI’s Education Data System (EDS) portal will open for private schools to declare their intent to participate in federal title fund programs for the 2025–26 school year.
With federal education funding in flux, it remains uncertain whether these programs will continue, shift to state-managed block grants, or take a new form.
Selecting “Yes” on the application carries no obligation but ensures your school remains eligible for discussions with your local district about available federal program support. Failing to submit or selecting “No” will make your students and teachers ineligible for any equitable services in 2025–26.
