The Enrollment Reporting window opens on October 2nd and closes on November 1.  A link to the online report form will be emailed to the Head of School and also available on the SBE website.  The Excel Enrollment Worksheet is a preparation tool, not the report itself. Use it to organize data for each campus before submitting the online report.

Required Information for the Online Report:

  • Total enrollment of full-time, in-person K-12 students (by campus if applicable).
  • Demographic data for K-12 students only.
  • Total enrollment for Early Learning/Pre-K programs (if applicable).
  • New: Total enrollment of full-time, WA state-resident students in online programs (if applicable).

 

Instructions for Reporting Race/Ethnicity:

  • Each student must be counted in one race/ethnicity category.
  • The total number by race/ethnicity must match the total enrollment per grade.
  • Use “Two or More Races” for students identifying multiple categories.
  • If students decline to share, include them in “Unknown/Prefer Not to Share.”

Double-check your totals before submitting. Any discrepancies will require corrections.
