Exemptions & alternate compliance pathways with the Clean Buildings Performance Standard

The Department of Commerce plans to initiate the rulemaking process and solicit public comments following the passage of HB 1542 during this session. The Clean Buildings team is seeking suggestions for alternative compliance pathways, extensions, and exemption ideas. Tier 1 and those who think they are Tier 2 building owners are invited to take the HB 1543 Survey.
