The State Board of Education enrollment report portal opens on October 4. Private Schools must submit October 1 enrollment data, by grade and demographic, to the State Board of Education each year.

Please get ready! This task requires preparation and a chunk of time to complete accurately. The data has proven a vital record for Title funds, EANS allocations, school & legislative district reports for affecting policy, etc.

SBE offers “Office Hours” for Enrollment Report Support & Questions on Thursday, October 20, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm via Zoom.

Update school information with SBE by September 23

Enrollment Reporting access is tied to the Head of School email as on record with the State, so it is critical that this (HOS) email address is up to date with the State Board of Education. If your HOS has changed since your school applied for 2022-2023 SBE Approval last spring, and you have not already done so, please submit a Private School Change of Information Form by Friday, September 23.

Private Schools should also use the Change of Information Form to notify the State Board of Education of changes to their physical address.
