Overview of the Position:

The Associate Director of Campus Ministry supports the Director of Campus Ministry in the spiritual formation of the Bishop Blanchet community by supporting programming related to prayer, reception of sacraments, liturgies, retreats, service, and pastoral care. There is an administrative and ministerial role to the job. The administrative role can be seen in the overseeing of the programs, especially the service program, and the ministerial role can be seen in presence at events that impact the lives of students, faculty, and staff. Specifically, the major areas listed below are included in this role. The list is not intended to be exhaustive or all inclusive.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
Annual contract beginning in the Fall


The ideal candidate will be committed to the following:
Support the Director of Campus Ministry to create and maintain programs for the spiritual growth of students, faculty, and staff
Meet regularly with the Campus Ministry team regarding campus ministry events
Update and maintain the service portion of the Campus Ministry webpage.
Supervise and coordinate all aspects of service program, including online software management, service opportunities during retreats
Supervise and coordinate social justice retreats, like the Urban Plunge, Hunger Retreat, and international service opportunities
Coordinate charitable efforts within school, such as Homecoming food drive, Christmas family partnerships, Teen Feed, and St, Martin de Porres service programs
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Campus Ministry
