Salary Range: $60,000-$78,000

Job Overview: This position provides Christ-centered academic and spiritual leadership to faculty, staff, students, and families. This position supports the mission of Crosspoint—partnering with families to equip students with faith and wisdom—by ensuring academic excellence, student flourishing, and spiritual development across elementary, middle, and high school divisions.
As a member of the Gateway OneTeam, you will support and demonstrate an understanding of the church’s mission: living the Jesus-centered mission. Key qualifications include possessing a character that reflects biblical godliness, demonstrating a meaningful, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and active involvement in a local body of Christian believers.
Responsibilities and Duties
Lead and supervise all K–12 instructional programs, ensuring alignment with school mission and academic goals.
Lead and supervise K-12 Assistant Principal, ensuring alignment with school mission and academic goals.
Mentor and evaluate instructional staff, providing feedback and guidance for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the Head of School for the hiring, onboarding, and retention of high-quality faculty and staff.
Collaborate with the Head of School to provide oversight and strategic leadership for curriculum development, professional development, and instructional innovation.
Promote and maintain a safe, respectful, and Christ-centered school culture.
In collaboration with the Head of School, provide leadership for spiritual formation efforts across the K–12 program, including developing chapel themes, arranging speakers, and implementing discipleship initiatives.
Maintain regular communication with families, staff, and the wider community.
Supervise and support student discipline systems, working closely with the assistant principal and front office staff to ensure consistent implementation.
Support admissions by participating in interviews and evaluating student readiness.
Lead regular K–12 faculty meetings and collaborate with the assistant principal to ensure cohesion across grade levels.
Oversee academic interventions and coordinate with the counseling department to support student well-being.
Represent the school at public events and community engagements.
Provide leadership during crises and maintain up-to-date emergency protocols.
Collaborate with the Head of School to develop and implement long-range planning, accreditation efforts, and school improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in education or educational leadership is required.
A school administrator credential is preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of classroom teaching experience and at least three (3) years of secondary school leadership experience preferred.
Deep commitment to Christian education and demonstrated spiritual maturity.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated experience in managing teams and leading through change.
Strong understanding of instructional practices, data-informed decision-making, and educational technology.
