·         Prefer Master’s degree

·         3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing/Sales/Admissions/Administration

·         Competent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office/Power School products

Organization, delegation, multi-tasking, “building,” and time management skills
Professional telephone and office etiquette
General understanding of development and marketing in the non-profit arena
Strong marketing, communications, and public relations background
Creative thinking, marketing, and public relations/communications experience required

Commitment to LCA’s Vision Statement, Mission Statement, and Core Values
Ability to retain confidential information about LCA’s constituents
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


Communications & Marketing:

Develop and implement short and long-range marketing, communications, and public relations plans including cultivation of relationships with local and national media sources
Develop and implement strategies for promoting LCA, its personnel, and students within the school and greater community
Design and placement of advertisements in local and national publications
Coordinate, produce, and oversee all school publications, website, and apps
Establish and develop consistent mediums of communication that share the goals and objectives of the school
Oversee the inflow and outflow of information to keep everyone associated informed and involved
Collaborate with directors to create annual marketing and advertising campaign
Draft annual budget proposal and manage approved budget
Serve as media liaison for the school for marketing, publications, advertising, and student recognition
Coordinate media appointments with staff, coaches, and students for photo shoots, interviews, and the like
Work with church publications to ensure visibility and flow of information
Serve as school’s liaison with community organizations
Connect with local elementary schools to establish a feeder school relationship

Contribute to LCA’s effectiveness by developing, implementing, and evaluating its admission process
Serves as point of contact for prospective parents; answering questions, touring, and hosting informal meetings
Coordinate admissions process including, but not limited to, application review, testing, new file management
Prepare testing schedule and coordinate logistics, including securing proctors
Administer tests (when necessary), grade tests, and receive and disperse test results
Responsible for preparing and mailing contracts, acceptance/denial letters, and addendums to contracts
Responsible for student file management including, but not limited to, developing filing system, ensuring uniformity, and maintaining proper file retention and destruction
Assist with assignment of class placement and lists, including utilizing spreadsheets and distributing updated copies to administration
Coordinate re-enrollment to include form preparation, drafting and distributing letters for non-returning students, and scheduling enrollment dates/times
Maintain historical records for inquiries, applications, admissions, withdrawals, and the like
Act as point person for receptions, information meetings (on and off campus), and admissions booth
Coordinate preschool assessments including scheduling and results reporting
Provide leadership of tuition assistance process, awards, communication, and budget
Prepare, distribute and compile new student surveys
Manage Finders rewards program

Promote LCA in the donor community
Oversee event fund development to generate revenue
Adhere to ethical fundraising principles and guidelines
Create and administer an effective volunteer engagement program
Create sponsorship revenue via business relationships to promote partnerships between sponsoring businesses and LCA
Assist/coordinate events and initiatives such as golf tournament, annual fund, and DREAMS auction
Build relationships with families to gain support of school initiatives and improvements
Coordinate invitational events to educate and engage the donor community in the work of LCA
Communicate with and coordinate events with the LCA Alumni Association board and alumni community
Create a donor recognition system to honor donors and endear LCA to its donors
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-4:00pm/additional evening hours

Hours: 40 hours a week
