Montessori Elementary Outing Assistant / Aftercare Lead

Pacific Crest School, located in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, is looking for a full time Outing Assistant / Aftercare Lead.  We are hoping to find a trained elementary teacher to join our vibrant community of dedicated Montessori faculty, staff and families in the 2025-26 school year.  Support elementary children’s growing independence while accompanying small groups of children on their outings to local stores, museums, zoos and other locations as well as a weekly trip to our school farm on Vashon Island.  Our aftercare program provides children with a relaxed environment where they can participate in more home-like activities such as crafting, board games, cooking projects and sports.  For further information, please visit www.pacificcrest.org or email employment@pacificcrest.org.
