Woodinville Montessori School is looking for an experienced full charge Bookkeeper to assist in managing our day-to-day bookkeeping requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as are good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.

Our students range in age from 18 months to 18 years.
Woodinville Montessori School is fully accredited by both the Northwest Association of Independent Schools and the American Montessori Society. We are also approved by Washington State.
The ideal candidate will:
Be committed to excellent oral and written communication with families, staff and the rest of the school leadership team
Possess extensive background and experience in bookkeeping
Demonstrate a deep understanding of current practices in bookkeeping
Exhibit a high degree of organization and attention to data and details.
Minimum education of an AA with focus on bookkeeping/accounting is required. Experience in independent schools is preferred.
This is a full time, year-round hourly non-exempt position. Rate of pay is dependent on education, training, and experience.
