OSPI recently received additional funding for Title IV, Part A through the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act (BSCA) of June 2022.
This is new money and will go out in competitive grants that OSPI thinks will happen in the March-May timeline. However, they are awaiting additional clarification from the US Department of Education.
Typically grants are formula allocations that include a calculation for Title IVA participating private schools within the boundaries of LEAs that receive a competitive award.
