Private schools must submit 2024–25 weapons data via the Attendance and Weapons (Private User) application in EDS. Follow these steps:

Log in to EDS and open Attendance and Weapons (Private User).

Select your school, then click “Certification” at the top of the page.

If there are no incidents, select “We have no firearm, knife, or weapon incidents to report this year” and click Submit.

If there are incidents, select the appropriate option, complete the report, and submit.
Deadline: August 22, 2025
Data entry must occur after your last day of school.
🔹 Print a copy of your completed report for your records before submitting.
🔹 Hard copy submissions are not accepted.
🔹 Data will be published on the OSPI website and shared with the Legislature—accuracy is essential.
Note: A new, private school-specific form is now in place for 2024–25. Reporting is not complete until submitted through EDS.
