The student count on October 2, 2024, is the number of students a school will record on this year’s Enrollment Reporting Form.
Each school must fill out a form categorizing the demographics of each grade. In October, the form will be emailed to the head of school address on file with the State Board of Education. If school leadership has changed, use the Private School Change of Information Form to update the information before September 23, 2024.
To Prepare
Download and Complete the Enrollment Report Worksheet 2024. Schools with multiple campuses must submit separate reports for each campus.
What to Report:
- Total full-time students in Kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Total students in Early Learning/PreK programs, if applicable.
- Demographic information for Kindergarten through 12th grade students. No demographics are needed for Early Learning/PreK students.

- American Indian/Alaskan Native
- Asian
- Black/African American
- Hispanic/Latino of any race(s)
- Native Hawaiian/Other Pacific Islander
- Two or More Races
- White
- Unknown/Prefer Not to Share/Not Reflected in Previous Categories
Please Ensure Accuracy: The sum of full-time enrolled kindergarten through 12th-grade students should equal the total number of students enrolled.
November 1, 2024, is the deadline to submit your enrollment data form.
