Hamlin Robinson Learning Center – PAT Program
The Parents of Adolescents and Teens (PAT) Program supports parents of youth ages 10–18 through peer connection, expert guidance, and practical strategies for navigating adolescence. Participants build parenting confidence, strengthen support networks, and gain tools to support healthy adolescent development.
The spring in-person cohort will run March 19, March 26, April 2, and April 9. Option to convey interest in a future Virtual Group. Details and registration HERE.

Inclusive Emergency Operations Planning – NWESD 189 Safety & Wellness Center
Tuesday, March 24 from 1 – 2:30 pm. Emergency operations planning for students with access and functional needs. Using the TEAMS framework, participants will learn strategies for identifying needs, adapting plans, and coordinating resources to create an inclusive, effective response that protects every student during emergencies. Developing Students’ Media Literacy Skills Through Analyzing Nazi Propaganda
March 24 webinar from 4-5 pm. This professional development session examines how the Nazi regime weaponized propaganda to cultivate fear and marginalize targeted groups. Using Nazi-era materials as a case study, educators will explore instructional strategies that strengthen students’ media literacy and critical analysis skills across visual and print formats. Participants will be introduced to ready-to-use lesson plans designed to help students evaluate how media shapes public opinion and attitudes. One Equity clock hour- register PD Enroller.
STEM, Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), and Equity for PE
This fully asynchronous course emerged from requests from Physical Education teachers themselves for professional development training relevant to their work in schools. The course examines the history of PE, the challenges and opportunities for PE today, and how PE relates to STEM, SEL, and Equity. Participants will work at their own pace on Canvas to complete readings, watch videos, and write reflective responses. They will have an opportunity to write a lesson plan using resources provided in the course. Completion of the course offers an opportunity to purchase 10 clock hours in Equity, STEM, or SEL.
