WFIS continues working on the State Board of Health Technical Advisory Committee to update School Environmental Health and Safety Rules. Last week, the group reviewed all public comment submissions, which was laborious but worthwhile. SBOH has outlined the most recent summary of rule changes.
Just two meetings remain before the Final Report is due to the legislature on June 30, 2025. The report will include sections prioritized for the greatest student health and safety benefits and a recommended implementation order.
