Once it is passed, schools will have to implement the rules, most likely without financial support from the State.
Please comment or send this to a facilities or safety expert at your school to comment or inquire about anything that doesn’t seem useful, reasonable, or accurate in the draft health and safety rules proposed by the WA State Board of Health (WBOH). Use the School Environmental Health and Safety Rule comment form.
This is the time for private schools to address if the rules are doable or need revision!
