On July 13, 2023, Dept. of Commerce hosted a Rulemaking Workshop that discussed new terms and definitions and Annex Y- administrative requirements and procedures for Tier 2 buildings. See attached for the Tier 2 Workshop 7.13.23 and DRAFT rules-def_AnnexY.071223....
