Students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade who participate in the National Civics Bee strengthen their civics, writing, and public speaking skills, and form friendships with other young leaders along the way. It all starts with an essay!
The application to participate is due February 3, 2026.
The winner of the National Civics Bee Washington State Finals will receive a trip to Washington, DC to compete in the National Civics Bee national championship in Fall 2026.
