The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction informed EANS I schools that they put a hold on making additional payments of EANS I funds while the supplemental budget is being developed during the 2024 legislative session.

If this solution is implemented, we hope to be able to restart making reimbursement payments in April. We apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience as we work towards a solution that will provide the maximum possible reimbursement for your schools.”  -T.J. Kelly, Chief Financial Officer, Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction

WFIS continues to advocate for the State to make the schools whole using the EANS funding designated to private schools.
