CSI Transforming Your School Culture with the TeamOptix
  1. Beyond Instructional Coaching: Leading through faith, hope and embracing challenge. June 11th, 2025, 11 am (CST). Overview: Implement coaching initiatives to support collective leadership, engagement, and faculty wellness. Develop the whole teacher for character and professional growth.
  2. School Governance: Fostering harmony and positive conflict in school communities. June 25th, 2025, 11 am (CST). Overview: Adopt non-violent communication to transform conflicts into constructive dialogue within school governance. Foster effective decision-making and harmony in school communities.
Cultural Competency Lab for Teachers

Monday-Thursday, July 28-31 at Seattle Girls’ School, 1700 24th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98144. Join four days of dynamic learning and lab experience with Rosetta Lee, educators at Seattle Girls’ School, and colleagues from near and far! In this lab, we’ll cover practical strategies for communicating across culture and other dimensions of identity, actionable approaches for interrupting identity-based harm and holding brave conversations, and best practices to ensure all students feel seen, valued, and empowered.
