The 2026 Washington State High School Photography Competition deadline for entry is April 25th, 2026. Photography teachers and students should be aware of three important changes to the rules and categories for 2026:
- Loose prints only. No mounting or matting allowed.
- The category of Traditional Silver Gelatin B&W has been eliminated. Traditional silver gelatin b&w prints may be entered in any category.
- The maximum print size is now 11″x 17″, including the border. 8.5″ x 11″ prints are preferred.
Exhibit information:
The Washington State High School Photography exhibit from 2025 will be featured at the Seattle Asian Art Museum (SAAM) in Volunteer Park from December 23rd, 2025 through January 2026. An excellent opportunity for students interested in art & photography!
