Sample Monitor Visit checklists are now available in the Provider Portal. To access them, use Google as your browser. Then, go to the Provider Portal, click the “Help” tab, and select “tip sheets.”
DCYF Child Care Licensing uses different “checklists” to inspect childcare premises. The sample checklists are examples of base monitoring or initial checklists. The checklists are tailored to individual childcare programs and only include regulations applicable to that program. They are provided as a reference guide only.
