The 2025 Legislative Session is the first year of the 69th Biennial Session. It is a “Long” session of 105 days that convenes on January 13 and ends on April 27. During this extended session, the Legislature will adopt the 2025-27 Operating, Capital, and Transportation budgets. WFIS will attend session five days a week as necessary.
The Economic & Revenue Forecast Council meeting is on November 20, with Committee Assembly Day for the House on December 9 & 10 and the Senate on December 12 &13.
The Governor’s budget is expected out in mid-December.
