Report by Nov 15 your Oct 3, 2022 student enrollment data to the State Board of Education through the EDS system. SBE collects demographic breakdowns for K12 students but not for Early Ed children.
Download the optional Enrollment Form Preparation Worksheet to organize your data. (If you are having difficulty, try using another browser that is not Google Chrome to do the download.)
Go to the 2022-2023 Enrollment Reporting Form in EDS and log in with the following:
- Username: Head of School email address
- Password: Your School’s Building Code
*If multiple campuses or schools, each will submit a separate report.
